Please read these terms carefully before using the akr44 platform. By registering an account or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.
1. Introduction & Definitions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between akr44 ("we", "our", "platform") and every individual who uses our services ("you", "user", "member"). akr44 is an online casino and sports betting platform that offers a range of casino games, sportsbook, and entertainment products for Bangladeshi players.
The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are provided below:
"Account"
Your personal registered profile on akr44, through which you can access all services on the platform.
"Services"
The akr44 website, mobile version, and all gaming, betting, and financial activities offered through them.
"Wager" or "Bet"
The act of participating in a game or sports event by placing money at risk.
"Bonus"
Promotional funds or value that akr44 provides to a user subject to specific conditions being met.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account and use the services at akr44, the following eligibility conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years old. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play for real money at akr44.
- Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of account registration.
- As part of the identity verification ("KYC") process, akr44 may request valid proof of identity and address at any time.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must contact us immediately if there is any unauthorized access to your account.
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is prohibited.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
akr44 supports fast and secure transactions through the most widely used mobile banking and payment methods in Bangladesh.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
akr44 accepts the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).
3.2 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer.
3.4 Identity Verification
akr44 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are approved to the same payment method used for the deposit on the account.
If there is any suspicion of financial fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, akr44 may suspend or cancel any transaction and notify the relevant authorities.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses offered at akr44 are provided under the following terms. By accepting a bonus, you acknowledge that you have agreed to these conditions.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated by akr44.
- A user may claim each bonus only once.
- The original deposit amount cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- akr44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
5. VIP Program Terms
akr44's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits.
Bronze
First-tier members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback. New members are automatically placed in this tier.
Silver
Regular active players are promoted to the Silver tier and become eligible for up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold
Top-tier members enjoy up to 0.8% weekly cashback and priority support.
VIP tier assignment and cashback payments are entirely at akr44's discretion. akr44 reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP program terms at any time.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the akr44 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or technology.
- Using bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
- Conducting transactions using another user's account credentials.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
- Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18 or using their funds.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for personal gain without reporting them to akr44.
If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, akr44 may immediately suspend or close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take applicable legal action.
7. Responsible Gaming

Setting Limits
You can set deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits on your account. These limits help you keep your gaming experience under control.

11. Account Closure & Changes
